Her Honorable Hero by Caitlyn O'Leary

Her Honorable Hero
Talk about an adventure times two! Her Honorable Hero packed a heavy punch.

I adored getting to see Griff and Miranda married and with a baby, and living life. And finally ready to face their past together. I loved getting to experience how they met and how they survived the train wreck. Talk about intense and crazy scary. The way their "how I met you and feel in love" story was told was pretty cool mixing in present day interactions with looking back in time memories.

And then, once we process all that, there's a new threat looming that makes you hurt and ache and feel all anxious living and breathing it all out along side them.

I adore how Griff treated Miranda and showed his love and devotion to her, through darkness and light. I loved his heart and the depths of emotions he had for his family. I loved Miranda's strength and passion and intensity. She knew herself and knew she could take care of herself, but learned that it was okay to depend on and lean more on her husband.

The trouble they faced at the end totally left me on edge and I couldn't stop till I reached the end.

Yet again, I find myself enthralled in an amazing story and placed it on my favorites shelf next to many other Black Dawn books. If you love depth and excitement and bonds of friendship and family mixed in with your military romantic suspense, this book–no, this whole series–is one to escape into.

Her Passionate Hero by Caitlyn O'Leary

Her Passionate Hero
Completely blown away by Hunter and Aliana's story! I knew it sounded good and I'd most likely enjoy it from the blurb and the fact I usually enjoy this author's stories, but I was unprepared for how much this unrealized young love/second chance as adults romantic suspense story grabbed me and made me fall in love with both Hunter and Aliana.

Hunter is the best kind of protective, take charge and get his hands dirty, bossy, gentle and powerful alpha. He knew what he wanted and needed and what Aliana needed to see and pursued it with passion.

Aliana is the best kind of heroine for Hunter - being the strong kind who gives as good as she gets, but yet is still soft and vulnerable, appealing to Hunter's protective needs.

They gave each other exactly what they needed both as kids in school and then as adults years later - keeping up being each other's saving grace.

I absolutely loved this story, and have it tucked away on my favorites shelf to revisit often.

Her Steadfast Hero by Caitlyn O'Leary

Her Steadfast Hero
I read this book back in 2018, and then listened to it as a reread in 2019 -and fell more in love with it the 2nd time!

~~

I genuinely loved David and Sarah's story - the glimpse back at their beginning, and just how much time has gone by to get their second chance at their hea. The instant re-connection and honest communication did it for me. David had such respect, care, and bossy protectiveness towards Sarah, and she was sweet, compassionate, and just what David needed in his life. Add in the drama of the natural disaster paired with bad guys galore, and toss in a swoony Navy Seal team as backup, and you have a perfect mix of adventure and love in a short story that doesn't feel rushed.

Loved it!

p.s. and if you listen to it, omgoodness do I love the narrator's deep voice and the way he brings the story to life!

Her Loving Hero by Caitlyn O'Leary

Her Loving Hero
Emily and Wyatt's story is a sweet, exciting, adventurous story that shared both quiet heart melting moments and nail-biting moments.

Loved the truth of how important family is and how much these guys and their women recognize the beauty of that and bloom under the love.

Her Captivated Hero by Caitlyn O'Leary

Her Captivated Hero

Absolutely loved Gray and Riya's story -- how they met, connected, bonded. How they managed to survive a mission together. How their hea story just captured my attention and made my heart happy to experience.

The more of Caitlyn O'Leary's books I read, the more I find myself drawn to their world. I love all the cross overs and the relationships between all the characters.

Her Wicked Hero by Caitlyn O'Leary

Her Wicked Hero

I adored this story! Loved their connection, their sparks, their attitude! Jungle rescues are also a favorite adventure of mine and this one delivered!

Marcia reminded me alot of myself, and I think that's why I connected so well to her, even if some things she did brought some grrs (haha, ahem... perhaps that's why I hear some grrs in real life too?? lol ummmmm.....). And Zed swept me..er....Marcia off her feet and it just melted me!

Another thing I loved is the bond of brotherhood and family that is displayed so wonderfully - and seems to be a common thread through all O'Leary books I've read. That makes these stories all the more enjoyable and addictive to me.

Her Devoted HERO by Caitlyn O'Leary

Her Devoted HERO
I've found a new military romantic suspense author to add to my favorites list! I totally adored this story - perfect mix of love story and action! Kenna's got sass that serves her well and a amazing love for her boy. Dex has the smarts, the will power and the protective instincts to meet his woman head on. They compliment each other perfectly! Throw in a bad guy story line that keeps ya guessing and a teenage boy turning to be a man and I'm swoonin' over it!

My only wish would be that Kenna's stubborn strength would have eased up earlier and she let go and leaned more on Dex.  I get why she didn't, but it just hurt my heart so much for her.

I'm looking forward to discovering more stories in this world.
